Nuisance ahead

I has been informed by my dad that there's going to be a development at the empty plot of land that sit exactly beside our neighbourhood. What a frustration hearing this piece of news because this could only mean one thing as far as I'm concern is the noise that would be released from the prospective construction site hence disturbing the peace and the quiet enjoyment of our land.Bullocks! Anyway,heard they are building 21 units of bungalow there. Hmm.... Hope it's future existance could help to boost the value of its neighbouring property ,to wit our neighbourhood but definitely without a doubt shall not attract more criminal activity than it already has.
