Putrajaya Floria 2010

Went to the Putrajaya Floria 2010 sometime ago. It was a marvellous grand display of mind-blowing assorted flowers being put together to showcase our nation's true love and appreciation for flowers.

Orchids

Bonsai that cost a bomb!

There are myraid different types of flowers put on display at the 1 week event some of which you and I didn't know about untill you see it for yourself.

The flower festival is made successful with the help of several NGO's, independent organisation and schools around Malaysia participating at the same time compete against one and another to showcase each creativity flower display in order to appeal to the visitor who came from near and far.

The creativity contest using flowers to appeal to arts enthusiast has bring fashion completely to the next level. Flowers fashion show!!

Witch

Peterpan's girlfriend

Wedding gown

Arabic inspired dress.

It's a collection of suggestable dress to wear at a cosplay event. If you tend to dress such like to a cosplay event, please inform me, Wong Hon and Kenny.

Anyway, just of an innocnet thought, don't these partially see through dress made out of flowers ever give you the kinky idea? Kenny, you don't need to get your girl friend Victoria Secret anymore, its time to get more ecological friendly dress of cheaper cost which produce similar arousing effect for your goodself.

Non-sensical defence

A close friend request that I should stop my charade from pretending someone that I am not and should revert back to my original identity in one of the most popular social network site in the cyberspace. However despite the good advise that is much appreciated , I decide to contend what she contend over in the first place which is my alleged disturbed dishonest identity attribute in the most popular social network site in the cyberspace.

I strongly object to her discontent that what I'm actually doing in the social network site is a charade on my part and such conduct of mine are unethical, despicable and ought to be extensively condemned as she thinks this is the right thing to do in order to effectively lead me back to correct path as this is what Jesus wants it to be.(Sheer mocking, don't feel offended yah)

To be proactive, Denise is not a complete identity fraud as contrary to some whom might think it is. In general people are of the view that there's a stark difference between the word Denise and Dennis whereby the former applies to ladies while the latter applies to gentlemen. Yes, I concur with you to 100%. This is supported by the literal interpretation of the Oxford Dictionary. No contend in this matter.

However, in my defence, as far as my anthropolgy experience in our society is concern, the practical exprience, there are people out there who still continue to misunderstood that Denise is male gendered. I did not made this up as I personally experience this before. I seriously can't believe it that people would pronounce and perceive Denise to be the same as Dennis when its completely the opposite in terms of pronunciation and most importantly spelling wise.

Well, it's understandable if these unique group of people are narrowly chinese educated and have low appreciation for the concept of English language ( reminds me of Concept of Law) but having to come across a lawyer who does the same mistake greatly affirm the fact that using Denise to represent Dennis is no wrong.

Even lawyer thinks Denise is Dennis so how wrong can I be? Although I know the fact this is a limited application towards only ah beng lawyer to make such a foolish mistake and a joke out of themself but I remain adamant and obstinate not to tow the non-foolish people's line of argument. I want to join the weird group. Be exotic. Be uniquely different. Be 1Malaysia.

If there's a minority group people who think differently from the majority group, does that makes the minority group thinking wrong?

No. If everyone thinks the same except you alone in the global who thinks differently, then you're wrong. Then your action are justified to be held unethical, despicable and ought to be extensively condemned!

In my defence, there are people out there who still pronounce Denise as Dennis so this would only mean one thing that I'm not deceiving EVERYONE with my alleged inaccurate name in cycberspace because someone is reading my alleged inaccurate name as what it naturally means. If their pronunciation of such word meets the same pronunciation of my real name how can I be wrong?

Well, I can't satisfy everyone's demand right? I need to cater my identity to those pitiful soul who can't differentiate between Denise and Dennis.

So I rest my case. My lunatic case haha....

Morality falling upside down

I write in reference to the absurd news article that recently became the netizen criticism for the wrong reason.

I'm livid and upset upon reading this that someone has to see red over inaction of an innocent petrol kiosk attendance who fail to give him the fire extinguisher so he could save a (accident victim)girl's life. The petrol kiosk attendance omission has been interpreted to be the MAJOR cause of the girls death. For me, this conclusion is simply irreconcilable and absurd.

How can you blame entirely on a third party to an accident whose not at fault in whatsoever towards the construction of the accident to be the MAJOR cause of the girl's death? It is just unfair. I'm suspecting his motive for doing so. (I have added my suggestion who this guy might be in my conclusion)

Before you continue reading, I want to declare that I do sympathise the girl's death but the way the first witness to the accident depict the situation in my view are deplorable.

Just because he didn't lend you his fire extinguisher that doesn't make him standing at the wrong end. Please be neutral when you attack the issue. Please consider both side argument before you conclude that he has failed to carry out his duty.

First and foremost, the petrol kiosk attendant is no where near the vicinity of the accident hence it's reasonably understandable if he's not slightly convinced of your story since the accident was 500 metre away which is like half a kilometre away. You try to walk 500 metre you will see how freaking FAR is that.

No sound minded person would ever believe your story ,well as far as it applys to me, that an accident had took place unless it happened before my eyes and then cause myself voluntarily release or relinquish my property to you. Would you? I wouldn't. So are many annoying bystander who repeatedly slow down to view road accident as if they really care.

Visual evident is the best proof to substantiate and influence decision making. Merely listen to story-telling can easily put this within the ambit of hearsay rule. Besides that, what you said is up to my discretion to believe it. And in this case, the petrol attendance doesn't buy your poor story telling so don't blame him.

On the other hand, the fire extinguisher isn't the attendance property in the first place. How can he give you something that's not his? It was his boss' fire extinguisher. So it would amount to stealing with intent to deprieve property belong to others and by him handing it over to you means he maybe aiding and betting a theft, in the strictest legal sense.

Just to safeguard for any legal argument that may arise in regards to this matter I want to stress this point. Yes, it'd accord to legal principle if you showed him your IC and even give him your contact number as a security in exchange of the fire extinguisher to proof benevolent intention BUT what makes you think the petrol kiosk attendance is legally knowledgable on this matter?

What further grinds my gears is that people are accusing the petrol station to have breach their corporate social responsibility by placing fire extinguisher at place out of public reach. The defender of humanity are arguing that fire extinguisher should always placed outdoor where it is reachable. That's is absolutely correct. Correct to a certain limit. Correct if its during day time but as night falls especially during the wee hours of the night where crime is rampant, it's always safe to keep in the store where the property can be secured from theft.

If you find that petrol station doesn't live up to their corporate social responsibility promise, then why don't you ALL THE GOOD SAMARITAN OUT THERE WHO LOVES TO HELP PEOPLE SO MUCH starts carrying a fire extinguisher in your car from today onwards so next time if similar accident happens, you have a fire extinguisher ready in your possession and is ready to help out those poor poor accident victim without the need to beg third party who doesnt have big heart as you.

Speaking of which, I'm not sure any of you may notice this but did you notice that fire department's respond level was not highlighted in the newspaper? If a witness to an accident had called the emergency line, how fast would the fire department reaches the accident scene? Not highlighted there. Instead we are lead to focus on some biased emotional first person view.

All this story spinning thanks and no thanks to the so called good samaritan who tried to help but reaches futility CAUSED the media to depict an entire wrong picture of rational and sense surrounding the accident. You don't have to sensationalise the issue you bullock!

To be honest, I seriously doubt he's our ordinary bystander who happen to be at the accident scene to lend a helping hand to an accident victim because a bystander would have never attached so much of emotion, not this much till the extend of sensationalise this issue in the media, in a normal car accident unless he's a close party to the accident victim.

Lesson of the day. If you are driving night, you've put yourself at risk and we assumed you have accepted this risk. So whatever happens at night, you asked for it!

Nuisance ahead

I has been informed by my dad that there's going to be a development at the empty plot of land that sit exactly beside our neighbourhood. What a frustration hearing this piece of news because this could only mean one thing as far as I'm concern is the noise that would be released from the prospective construction site hence disturbing the peace and the quiet enjoyment of our land.Bullocks! Anyway, heard they are building 21 units of bungalow there. Hmm.... Hope it's future existance could help to boost the value of its neighbouring property ,to wit our neighbourhood but definitely without a doubt shall not attract more criminal activity than it already has.

Top 10: Things You Didn't Know Jason Statham Kicked Ass At

Jason Statham has become an unlikely action star. Winning indie cred with Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch, both directed by Guy Ritchie, the son of a lounge singer and dressmaker-turned-dancer wasn’t content being a film geek idol. He used his love of sports to sculpt his body into a machine and insists on doing most of his own stunts and fight scenes, completely un-choreographed. For example, while shooting The Transporter sequel, he really did make the jump to the rear of a school bus from a jet ski that was skidding down a city street. The gritty results register with viewers and thus began the Statham action factory, pumping out hits like Diddy pumps out vodka bottles.

We don’t have to make a cause for Statham as an action star. He’s already done that. However, in addition to kicking ass onscreen, he also kicks ass at these 10 random things. So much talent lies in one bulldog Brit.

No.10- Modelling
With no modeling experience, a talent scout discovered Statham and quickly procured him a modeling contract with both the French Connection clothing line and Levi Strauss & Co. Statham pulled it off by realizing his best assets: "I've just got a really bad smile. I go for the scowl instead." This paid off immensely, being the vehicle through which Guy Ritchie discovered him.

No.9- Voicing Video Game
If Sgt. Waters in Call of Duty sounds familiar, it’s because Jason Statham voiced him. During the British campaign, you can hear him yell lines like, “Are you blind and deaf or just stupid?” Statham also played the reckless pilot Shrike in THQ's Red Faction II alongside veteran actor Lance Henriksen. In it he delivers one of game history’s best lines: “It's like trying to find a needle in a stack of bodies.”

No.8- Mixed Martial Arts
While action stars like Vin Diesel can talk the talk, Statham actually trains in mixed martial arts and is an expert in kickboxing. He’s even considered entering an Ultimate Fighting Competition, stating, "That is by far my favorite sport, the only thing that holds my attention. I go to all the matches. I respect those guys above all other athletes. They are the ultimate." Now that Chuck Norris is older, look for Statham to become Hollywood’s most dangerous white boy.

No.7- Swearing
An LA Times writer described talking to Jason Statham like this: “In conversation, Statham is like a one-man pub crowd on fight night -- lots of volume, some cheering here and there, plenty of jabs at the air and a dazzling array of casual obscenities. In fact, throughout this article, any time you see a noun in one of his quotes, assume there was a certain adjective in front of it.” That’s the wonderful thing about having a British accent. Even when you cuss, people think you sound "dazzling." You can even scream the c-word across a crowded pub and get away with it.

No.6- Being a Candy Pitchman
After Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Kit Kat hired him to do a commercial. In it, he plays a “break philosopher,” nailing home the simple point that we all need to take more breaks in life. The evidence? The plight of the salmon, which fights its way upstream only to mate and die. Don’t be a salmon. Now Statham has graduated to action-packed Audi commercials that premier during the Super Bowl, but it’s good to remember he can keep it simple if he has to.

No.5-Playing Soccer
Like most Europeans, Jason Statham played football (soccer) through school. His passion for diving later took up his time. As an adult, he got back into it, playing for the amateur soccer team the Hollywood United alongside former professional player Vinnie Jones and Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols. Unfortunately, he had to quit the team after a few players were seriously injured. It would be too difficult to film Transporter 4 with a broken ankle.

No.4- Being Modest
Of all the fight and stunt scenes Jason Statham has filmed, he says the public sex scene from Crank: High Voltage was the toughest. He hated being naked around so many people in a mall -- this coming from a guy who looks better naked than 99.9% of the population. Statham prefers not be paraded in the media like a meat stick. In August 2008, he showed up to the Playboy Mansion in a fancy robe. However, he didn’t want the party girls skanking up his image, so he refused to pose with models. Hugh Hefner disapproved and security escorted our classy Brit out.

No.3- Playing Chess
Film directors are notorious for smirking over their actors’ low intellects. Alfred Hitchcock infamously stated, “I never said all actors are cattle; what I said was all actors should be treated like cattle.” Well, Guy Ritchie can’t pose any grandstanding next to Jason Statham. While shooting Revolver, the director and actor became obsessed with chess. According to Statham, they played more games than he had in his whole life. He regularly beat Ritchie and said Madonna’s ex still owes him money for the matches.

No.2- Diving
Statham spent 12 years as one of the best divers on Britain's National Squad, placing third in the Olympic trials on three different occasions, and eventually placing 12th in the 1992 World Championships. He competed on the 10-meter platform and 3-meter springboard, nailing backwards three-and-a-halves, just like Greg Louganis. Eventually commercial and modeling agents noticed the way he filled out a Speedo while strutting around the Crystal Palace National Sport Center in London and his modeling career began.

No.1- Hustling
Statham’s parents introduced him to “street theater,” a fancy British way of saying street hustling. He used sell knock-off goods and jewelry to unsuspecting tourists. According to him, it’s all about the show you put on. The people need to be entertained to buy. The skill paid off when Guy Ritchie asked to meet the untrained actor for Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. The audition consisted of "impersonating" an illegal street vendor selling imitation jewelry. Statham sold Ritchie four sets of the jewelry and refused to return his money. He also got the part, of course.

Shall I listen to you?

Together let us watch how this bunch of novice student yang tak sedar diri humiliate themself in from of the nation through their less impressive charisma.

Here's my advise to you. Go back and revise your law books thoroughly and be hopeful that you'd pass your law examination without any recurrent sitting before you even start thinking of consulting people.

Could anyone recognise this few clowns and tell me which school they have enrolled to read law? Because hell, I'll feel disgraced if ever they're at my vicinity. *Diao ga*(Buat malu)

And to whichever Law School Director who recognise this 3 clown from your institution, I plead for your conscious to quickly kick them out of your institution to save your school some grace. *Diao ga*

My 3 sen

On last Saturday, I helped my mom to refill her car fuel at nearby petrol station. She gave me RM50 and I paid them at the petrol station cashier in full sum with intend to fill up the tank to its fullest.

The pump machine( I don't whats the correct term for it) only capable of register RM46.03 as the highest amount payable for my full tank. I was in the midst of rushing to my friends house and without further hesitate I went over to the cashier to collect my balance payment. I tell myself, probably they won't charge me the additional 3 sen since its a trivial amount and the goverment have introduced the "amalan membundarkan setiap bayaran" part of the enchancement of our economy. However, as the cashier cash out, the cash machine indicate they are going to charge me exactly what's stated on the pump machine and the balance return would be RM3.97.

I was dissapointed as I don't get to enjoy a 3 sen waiver but I was fine with it since understood you're suppose to pay for what you've consumed. As the cashier hand over the balance to me and the moment I count the balance returned, I blew my top off.

He gave me RM3.90.

RM3.90!!

He gave me RM3.90 instead of RM3.97. I was like WTF. Immediately with my frust I rebuked and protested to the cashier for being unreasonable. How can you give me RM3.90 when you are suppose to pay me RM3.97. To be fair, if you don't have 7 sen to return to me then don't charge me 3 sen in the first place. Bloody hell. I almost throw my tantrum but luckily the cashier is co-operative and accede to my request and return RM4 as a compromise or else I don't know what kind of drama could take place.

Thank goodness, I walked away as a happy man and 3 sen richer.

Goodyear Formula Drift Part 1

Initially I plan to head down to PWTC as planned but instead hopped over to UPM MAEPS at Serdang for their Goodyear Formula Drift Competition. It's very clear my decision is a wise one to ditch the former plan for latter event as the food exhibition would not be as ecstaticly exciting as Formula Drift Competition. You're guaranteed not to be dissapointed if you attend a Drift Competition.

*I prefer going to gigs where HOT CARS and HOT BABES are the centre of attraction rather than confined to four walls convention that's packed with housewife/hags/spinster who hustle with each other just to taste free food*

Depsite the heavy downpour in the afternoon on Saturday, it fails to dampen our spirit of adamant insistance to catch the inaugural drift championship that will feature our local driver competing up against drivers from other countries. The rain stopped by the time we arrive. Among the international drivers that participate are from Thailand, Japan, Phillipines, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand. From the given international lineup , our Malaysian drivers are given the best opportunity to test their mettle up against competiting countries to prove that Malaysia too have International standard driver.

For those who don't already know, a drift competition is in brief a competition that test drivers skill at controlling a car while entering corner at high speed. If you're a driver yourself, you will know that it's impossible to enter a corner without braking otherwise your car will goes slamming into the wall or down the valley if you're on mountain road that is.

Drift competition is about skill of negotiating corners at the highest speed at the faster time without colliding with the wall. The philosophy behind this is, drivers have to speed up towards a corner and then get the car sideways via your handbrake or via perfect gear shifting so that their car is horizontal to the curve of the corner. The show doesn't end there. Subsequent to making your car goes sideways, you still have to maintain the speed so that your car will not come to a halt but continue to slide all the way till the end of corner curve.

Like abovementioned, the fastest car that slide across a cornering curve is the winner but style is pivotal for the increase of the scoreboard. Drift is not as simple as ABC, even you have style but not necessary you'll have the speed but if you have the speed you definitely have the style. The style that gives your additional score is while sliding at high speed, you're able to bring your car either near to the inner or outer barrier of the curve. The closer you get to the wall the higher adrelinaline-pumping will be. And the chilling effect of watching your car ABOUT to collide with the wall when you ended up not colliding, will makes the crowd goes roar.

This is an example of drifting by the wall without actually colliding with it.
Guess what guys, this is actually a lady driver. The only lady participant in the competition and yet she can do the similar insane drift-close-to-the-wall stunt like other male participants can do. So never underestimate the power of women.

Speaking of the crowd, the drift course is filled with sea of car enthusiast who came over just to savour the sweet robust taste of modified engine sounds and the smell of burning rubber. All the car enthusiast presence are in their high spirit cheering and applauding to the great show given by all the talented drifters that competed that day.

The competition take two days to complete. The first day, which is on Saturday, is the pre-liminary qualifying round to arrange the lineup before the final showdown on Sunday whereby then 2 cars are arranged to race together in a single run to battle it out and see which drivers can outlast the other by way of outrun the former or by way of fierce tailgating.

It would be more exciting if you go on the Sunday which is the final showdown as the battle is far more intense because the whole show is about 2 cars drifting together compared to on Saturday where you only get to see a car drifting on its own on the track. I've bought the walkabout ticket for RM18 which entitle me for 2 days entrance. However sadly, I chose not to go back on the Sunday to catch the intense ego battle because I have another plan ahead.

Anyway, less talk and more pictures.Below are among the selected few pictures taken from the Goodyear Formula Drift 2009. Enjoy.

The New Zealand team and their wicked RX-7 became the crowd puller because the team could make out the same F1 sound from their Rx-7. Imagine driving a Rx-7 but it carries F1 sound with it. Scary!

I know you guys have been waiting since from the start for this part to come. How can an automotive show without any hot modelling babes present right? No Tom , DICK and Harry would even bother to come and watch an automotive show if it's not because of KITTY were there. So here are some luscious hot model pictures for my pervert male viewers to drool at.

Back to more cars.

Hakka Mee in Pudu

It's my most frequent place on earth.

I will come to this hakka mee stall in Jalan Pudu Wai Sik Kai every weekend just to savour the best hakka mee. For the past 1 1/2 decade, this is my weekend spot. I would die if I can't eat here once in a week. I remember I used to throw a wobbler when my dad's not free to bring me here when I was smaller. I grumbled and refuse to chow down any food for the whole day. That's practically how committed I was to this special Hakka mee in Jalan Pudu.

They serve the best Hakka Mee. I've been to other hakka mee stall so that I would not be bias in my tastebud but no other place can serve as delicious as this place. I don't mean to be mean but to be honest, other hakka mee out there taste like crap compared to the one here in Wai Sik Kai.

Two words can only best describe this Hakka Mee. It's Beyond Comparable.

They will serve your Hakka Mee in traditional chinese bowl with all those caligraphy design around it which always reminds me of our dearly chinese culture.

What is so special about this Hakka Mee from Wai Sik Kai is that the mee itself is a homemade recipe. You can even eat the mee on its on without mixing with any gravy yet it's still tasty. The slices of char siew included in your mee is exactly the right size. Not too big and not too small.

Inside the bowl: Hakka Mee (with or without black sauce),nicely thinned char siew, fresh choy sam and homemade minced pork.

One of the most important point to take note when you eat this Hakka Mee is that, to eat them while it's hot. That's where the inexplicable unique taste lies. Beside the mee alone, their complimentary wantan soup is worth a mention because the soup is unlike your typically wantan soup which they will somehow make you go thirsty after certain take but not from this hakka mee stall. Their soup are made from fine grained ikan bilis ingredient that carries zero additive which makes the taste so clear that you want to take another sip again after the other.

Their soup is so delicious not because it carries any special flavouring but its so delicious because it carry the natural low oil based taste that flows smoothly down your throat. I'm not joking. That's practically what I feel everytime I eat here.

Oh yeah, you should try their lou shu fun too. Yet another delicious homemade product that worth trying before you die.

A perfect street food!

Location : Right in front of Pudu Pusat Tuisyen Martin.
Opens at 6am-2pm

Price : Street food price so don't bother bringing your credit card
Close on the Monday of every first and third week of the month

New Summon Rate?

Here's a piece of good news I would say. I received an e-mail from my fellow collegue regard the latest revised traffic compaun rate. Below is the rough copy of what I received. I've sent it to my several concerned friend who often or more likely might find them useful. The original copy bears the Polis Diraja Malaysia letterhead form. (PM me if you want me to send you the original copy in my inbox so that you can print them out and put them in your car)

However in order to be safe, as you all know internet open rooms to deceit and con job, you can easily photoshop PDRM logo anyway . I then took my initiative to look up the internet to verify the substance of the aforesaid mail since the attached revised traffic compaun rate doesn't bear any date of commencement nor any site which I could verify its content.

I've scoured through quite a number of traffic summon related website and into futility it all doesn't touch on traffic compaun rate but instead on how to check whether a summon has been issued to your vehicle or otherwise. However I've managed to reach a website that resemble closely , as a matter of fact identical to the aforesaid email content and it further complements the aforesaid mail I received with additional info for my own benefit.

Beside the identical content, this website provides me the supposed source to verify its content just below the posting which is

"Disediakan oleh:
Cawangan Perhubungan Awam, Polis Diraja Malaysia , Ibu Pejabat Polis Bukit Aman, 50560 Kuala Lumpur ..
Email: rmp@rmp.gov.my "

Immediately I run up to PDRM's official website to trace back when this piece of information is released therefore provide me the benefit of zero chance for any cunning traffic officer who dare to try rebut my claim whenever I show them my evidence in challenging their discretion to issue me RM300 summon for whatever offence I henceforth commit. However to my dissappointment, there is not a slightest bit of trace that PDRM have ever issued such information in their website.

It may seems like the e-mail I receive is high likely made by some unscrupulous individual with ulterior intent to spam. But I'm being very obstinate in this matter because the likelihood of a revised traffic summon gravely affect person like me who always flout the law. I can't sleep with this outcome.

We need to fight to survive in this competitive world. Hence I did what most people wouldn't thought I would do. Write in to RPM to verify the contents published in the website I've earlier found.

Now, I'm hoping to get a positive reply from the RPM and begin my happy life travelling on Malaysia road without the fear of being framed up by traffic police to induce me to pay them kopi money. Finger-crossed.

Here's my letter to Polis Diraja Malaysia to verify the contents of my findings.

" Kepada tuan/punya yang berkenaan,

Saya menulis atas sebab ingin mendapat verifikasi tentang ketulenan KADAR KOMPAUN BARU SAMAN TRAFIK yang saya menemui di laman web ini,
WEBSITE ADDRESS

Sekian terima kasih.

Yang benar,
Para pengguna trafik yang berhemah"
