Morality falling upside down

I write in reference to the absurd news article that recently became the netizen criticism for the wrong reason.

I'm livid and upset upon reading this that someone has to see red over inaction of an innocent petrol kiosk attendance who fail to give him the fire extinguisher so he could save a (accident victim)girl's life. The petrol kiosk attendance omission has been interpreted to be the MAJOR cause of the girls death. For me, this conclusion is simply irreconcilable and absurd.

How can you blame entirely on a third party to an accident whose not at fault in whatsoever towards the construction of the accident to be the MAJOR cause of the girl's death? It is just unfair. I'm suspecting his motive for doing so. (I have added my suggestion who this guy might be in my conclusion)

Before you continue reading, I want to declare that I do sympathise the girl's death but the way the first witness to the accident depict the situation in my view are deplorable.

Just because he didn't lend you his fire extinguisher that doesn't make him standing at the wrong end. Please be neutral when you attack the issue. Please consider both side argument before you conclude that he has failed to carry out his duty.

First and foremost, the petrol kiosk attendant is no where near the vicinity of the accident hence it's reasonably understandable if he's not slightly convinced of your story since the accident was 500 metre away which is like half a kilometre away. You try to walk 500 metre you will see how freaking FAR is that.

No sound minded person would ever believe your story ,well as far as it applys to me, that an accident had took place unless it happened before my eyes and then cause myself voluntarily release or relinquish my property to you. Would you? I wouldn't. So are many annoying bystander who repeatedly slow down to view road accident as if they really care.

Visual evident is the best proof to substantiate and influence decision making. Merely listen to story-telling can easily put this within the ambit of hearsay rule. Besides that, what you said is up to my discretion to believe it. And in this case, the petrol attendance doesn't buy your poor story telling so don't blame him.

On the other hand, the fire extinguisher isn't the attendance property in the first place. How can he give you something that's not his? It was his boss' fire extinguisher. So it would amount to stealing with intent to deprieve property belong to others and by him handing it over to you means he maybe aiding and betting a theft, in the strictest legal sense.

Just to safeguard for any legal argument that may arise in regards to this matter I want to stress this point. Yes, it'd accord to legal principle if you showed him your IC and even give him your contact number as a security in exchange of the fire extinguisher to proof benevolent intention BUT what makes you think the petrol kiosk attendance is legally knowledgable on this matter?

What further grinds my gears is that people are accusing the petrol station to have breach their corporate social responsibility by placing fire extinguisher at place out of public reach. The defender of humanity are arguing that fire extinguisher should always placed outdoor where it is reachable. That's is absolutely correct. Correct to a certain limit. Correct if its during day time but as night falls especially during the wee hours of the night where crime is rampant, it's always safe to keep in the store where the property can be secured from theft.

If you find that petrol station doesn't live up to their corporate social responsibility promise, then why don't you ALL THE GOOD SAMARITAN OUT THERE WHO LOVES TO HELP PEOPLE SO MUCH starts carrying a fire extinguisher in your car from today onwards so next time if similar accident happens, you have a fire extinguisher ready in your possession and is ready to help out those poor poor accident victim without the need to beg third party who doesnt have big heart as you.

Speaking of which, I'm not sure any of you may notice this but did you notice that fire department's respond level was not highlighted in the newspaper? If a witness to an accident had called the emergency line, how fast would the fire department reaches the accident scene? Not highlighted there. Instead we are lead to focus on some biased emotional first person view.

All this story spinning thanks and no thanks to the so called good samaritan who tried to help but reaches futility CAUSED the media to depict an entire wrong picture of rational and sense surrounding the accident. You don't have to sensationalise the issue you bullock!

To be honest, I seriously doubt he's our ordinary bystander who happen to be at the accident scene to lend a helping hand to an accident victim because a bystander would have never attached so much of emotion, not this much till the extend of sensationalise this issue in the media, in a normal car accident unless he's a close party to the accident victim.

Lesson of the day. If you are driving night, you've put yourself at risk and we assumed you have accepted this risk. So whatever happens at night, you asked for it!

Facts of Life, You Don't Have A Choice When You Live in Poverty

If you think the line of work I'm engage in is lucrative, easy and comfortable, well think again.

The position we inadvertently placed ourself at is completely regrettable and highly unbearable if you have gone through what we have gone through. We're like standing in the prosecution dock await to be blamed and prosecuted for potential fault which may not be the cause by ours. If that wasn't emotionally excruciate enough, our effort and value depreciate as more client's are becoming more critical as they continue to misunderstood the value and effort we put into our work. They would without sympathy and mercy brush off our commitment to solve problem as being trivial and easy job. Yes, on the surface we do look like a parasite to your money but I bet you will change your view if you come and experience what we had experienced. You have to swallow a rock when it appears and comes to you and you have and must not have anything to say about it.

If I could turn back time, " I wish I'm a billionaire so freaking bad "

Mistake and Incompetent

Mistake and incompetent are completely 2 different set of words and meaning. To explain this, let just say in a given problem question you are asked to solve it using the knowledge and experience you had in hand.

You may only consider making a mistake if you failed to answer the question if you honestly do not know the solution in the first place or had applied the answer wrongly due to various understandable reason hence its excusable. Afterall human do makes mistake. Who doesn't.

But if you knew the solution and to make matter worst ,you knew the best solution in the first place and yet you failed to solve the question given using the given knowledge and experience you have. How shall this reflect to your credibility?

Isn't this not what we call as incompetency at the highest order? You have omitted your duty to do what is right and correct. The reason why you couldn't solve the problem question is because you divested your job responsibility at the first instant when the question was first forwarded to you. It was you sheer reluctancy to bear any responsibility attached that has caused you being label as " Incompetent" on your forehead.

And it's highly unpalatable ,as far as I'm concern, if you dare to held both words as to bear the similar meaning because the way I see it, it's just another one of your lazy attempt to divest yourself from the liability if you do.

Jacko's darkest secret

Living-in nanny of 12 years exposes Michael Jackson's darkest secrets

Grace Rwaramba, the 42 year-old woman who spent five years as Michael Jackson’s secretary and then 12 year’s as his children’s nanny was probably the closest person Michael Jackson had and he often trusted her with his life.

Grace, in her first interview ever, breaks her silence and reveals how Michael lived in a friend’s basement like a rat for weeks on because he was broke, how his children were often neglected and at times afraid of him…how he preferred to spend thousands of dollars in benefactor money in antiques and posh hotels at a time when his children didn’t have a home or even a tutor to give them basic elementary education…how she often pumped his stomach after an overdose of drugs.

Uganda-born Grace revealed she fled America to join British TV interviewer Daphne Barak at her Swiss holiday home after she was abruptly sacked by ailing Jackson just two months ago. And on Thursday she screamed with shock as she learned of his death.

Grace told Daphne: “I took these babies in my arms on the first day of each of their lives. They are my babies.”

Grace claims she was sacked by Jackson because she was getting too close to the children but had fully expected to be reinstated soon.

She said he routinely fired her then begged her to return as he was unable to look after himself never mind the three children.

She told Daphne: “These poor babies. . . I was getting phone calls that they were being neglected. Nobody was cleaning the rooms because Michael didn’t pay the housekeeper.

“I was getting calls telling me Michael was in such a bad shape. He wasn’t clean. He hadn’t shaved. He wasn’t eating well. I used to do all this for him and they were trying to get me to go back.”

Grace claimed that while she gave the children a loving and stable influence they had a cold, uneasy and sterile relationship with their oddball father, with whom she was at the centre of marriage rumours in 2006. She said: “I used to hug and laugh with them. But when Michael was around they froze. I really miss Blanket
. He makes me laugh. Only recently, he decided to do a concert for me. He was so cute, singing Billy Jean and other songs by his father.

“I was laughing so hard. Prince and Paris were playing around. It was such a happy moment. Then suddenly Michael walked in and the kids just looked frightened. Michael was so angry.”

As for the masks Jacko made the kids wear in public, Grace revealed: “They didn’t like them. It wasn’t my idea. I hated it as well. So whenever I had a chance I misplaced the masks or ‘forgot’ to pack them.

“Michael always got angry. But what was most shocking to me is that the children don’t even have a teacher. They can’t play with other children and don’t have a teacher to help them learn about the world.”

Grace also said Jackson had permitted the Nation of Islam to exert an influence over him and his children.

She said: “He allowed this woman from the Nation of Islam… she was so cold and didn’t know how to hold them or how to hug them.”

Last night Jacko’s close pal Deepak Chopra confirmed: “The kids love Grace and kids called her mum. And she was the only person that told Michael the truth about his life.”

Grace also revealed to Barak how Jackson had overdosed on drugs before.

She had to step in quickly to save his life. Jacko was taking a deadly daily drug cocktail including up to three powerful narcotic pain relievers, including the potent Demerol.

Grace said: “I had to pump Michael’s stomach out many times.”

The nanny told how the 2005 child abuse case left Jackson with so little money he relied entirely on handouts and cash loans from friends.

Astonishingly she told Barak, who had recorded a series of TV inteviews with her, that even when he DID get money he preferred to blow it staying in strings of posh hotels rather than providing a stable home.

She said: “The truth is Michael didn’t have money. One day out of the blue he received some cash but instead of buying a house somewhere so we didn’t have to keep moving from one hotel to another or stay with friends, he told me, ‘Go to Florence and buy antiques.’

“He asked me to spend £600,000. But we didn’t even have a home so we had to put them all into storage.”

Grace told how Jacko had so little understanding of financial matters that cash had to be paid into HER bank account, then drawn out and given to him like pocket money.

She said that after the 2005 child abuse case he was left skint and his brother Jermaine “connected him” to Sheikh Abdullah, son of the mega-wealthy King of Bahrain.

She said Abdullah “sponsored” Jackson - paying for lawyers and other huge expenses - because he thought the singer was going to create a charity and make a CD with him.

Grace said that after Abdullah later sued Jacko, the singer at first denied ever getting money from him.

But she added: “Michael just did not have a clue about have money.

“The Nation of Islam was telling him that the house we had in Los Angeles, after Neverland was sold, cost £60,750 a month.

“But I checked with many real estate agencies. To rent this house should not have cost more than £12,000-15,000.

“And once he got a £600,000 offer to make an appearance in Japan. But there were a lot of different business parties involved and I warned him that by the time everyone took their cut he would end up with a very small amount. He didn’t want to hear. He flew to Japan and got £121,500.

“Then he got a second proposal to go to Japan and this time there was only £121,500 on the table.

“He went and then decided on the spur of the moment to attend the birthday party of the son of Sultan of Brunei. He spent all the money from Japan staying in a big expensive hotel.”

Grace revealed how, shortly before his death, Jackson was forced to bed down in the New Jersey basement of one of his former employees.

“We were running out of friends,” said Grace. “But we suddenly showed up at the home of Frank Tyson. Now Frank’s family isn’t rich. They have a small house. But we stayed there for weeks. I felt so bad.”

Grace also feared the pressure of his forthcoming London O2 comeback tour had taken its toll on Jackson.

She believed he was in such a state that he did not even REALISE he had signed up for 50 dates.

The tour had been eagerly awaited as the King of Pop had not set foot on stage since a disastrous appearance at the World Music Awards in 2006, when he managed to sing only two lines of We Are The World.

Grace said: “Fifty performances! I said, ‘What are you doing?’ He said ‘I signed only for 10′. He didn’t know what he was signing. He never did.”

Whinny lil bitch

My brother asked me what do I think about this whole abolish English for Science and Mathematics system and revert it back to the outdated Bahasa Melayu system.

To begin, I find the issue being unneccessarily politicised is a heap of bullshit because this matter is literally pervaded and fraught with too much political stupidity into it. They decided one day to try converting both the most fundamental subject in the education 'world' (metaphore) into the international more accepted language namely English to give a trial and see does it beneficial to our younger generation or otherwise detriment to them. And after 6 years first the English language system is introduced for Science and Mathematics subject for primary and secondary school which has proved a success, some nimrod decided to challenge the credibility of such system and rebukely proposed to change back to Bahasa Melayu.

The argument raised by pro-Bahasa (this included some Prof view from some shit ass local university located deep down in our rainforest) is that despite there's an increase usage in English answering public examination and , but still the statistic is not reliable as it's biasedly interpreted because most of the improved section of student usage in English in answering public examination are commonly found to be those who reside in cities and not those who live in kampung(s) On top of that, it's sufficient to have English subject alone to teach and brush up our children's command of English language.

First thing I want to rebut this fluddy-daddy Prof. from some shit ass local university located deep down in our rainforest is that even if there's a convincing increase of usage in English among our children in overall, still I personally deplore the accuracy of such statistic cause as many of all and sundry would have known by now, the result statistic is unquestionably at a high probability would have been deliberately manipulated to potray that our children's intelligence has increased when the grim reality is they have not. So basically I'm neutral on whether our children's intelligence has improved over the years because few factors that's impeding such from happening are outmoded syllabus, parents over pampered their children with material wealth, and erratic political state. On the note that outskirt student will be put in a disadvantage position if English is implemented for Science and Mathematics because they generally not geographically incline to pick up such language carry the lest weight of all. You are basically denoting that government did too little for you failing to develop your state to be competitive with other subsisiting developed state. To give a personal fume at this Prof. you mean to say it's justify to drag the entire nation's future just because a scintilla hicks thinks it's not morally right to continue torturing the underdeveloped state.

Dude...this issue you talk to the government. If they had developed your state you wouldn't have such grounds to complaint right. You're purely being selfish. Anyway, the decision is not in your bloody murky hand. It's a democratic country. Majority rules! So shut the fuck up and continue shagging whichever laboratory assistant you have always been shagging.

I personally think adopting English for Science and Mathematics is not great enough to improve our children's education. As a matter of fact the best method is to overhaul the entire system. The usage of English for Science and Mathematics is merely solving a fraction of our education system problem which is hardly significant at all. Yes, I concur with you that by adopting English for Science and Mathematics does indeed help student to understand the English language better than if it's in Bahasa but the unsolved problem here is your bloody educator, your teacher , are poorly equipped with the English language which makes the entire notion of adopting English for Science and Mathematics to be redundant.

You have to first solve the core problem if you want to speak of real resolution. Back in my secondary, which is the early years of the implementation, I wasn't keen of speaking English to be truthful despite we're compulsary to learn Science and Mathematics in English. Yes, indeed it's true that I learn few new words from there and then but still I'm not being thrusted enough (poor grammar here :p) to speak English ,completely unable to brush off my ah beng cantonese language back then. Only those who excell in academic will find such implementation to be great advantage to them because as they already well-equipped with English language and such implementation will further help them to thrives further in acquiring new knowledge while we slowpoke will not benefit a single shit from it.

The fucking reason for such constrain is my teacher not keen to speak English with us. Well, not all only those Malay teacher. Most of my Mathematic teacher speaks bagus-bagus punya English. But the English term you learn from Mathematics hardly applicable to your future endeavour and my english teacher is so damn kao chat fierce I dare not speak anything in front of her. Besides that, there's little room for student to practise their English language when within the school compound ,tyranny and utilitarianism are strongly exercised whereby what you say will never be treated as correct and the school know what's best for you therefore you have no right to speech nor to defend yourself when you're haul up to the principal's office. I remember my history teacher, " Oh you semua bising ya..tak mau dengar cakap...demerit semua tak kisah" when she's not in a good mood. So the solution is revamp the entire teacher recruitment drive to inject new blood into the education industry. It would be a great advantage to the nation if all teacher are well-equipped with English language. Oh wait, if Malay teacher are proficient in English they wouldn't have become teacher in the first place. They would have taken up a profesional course funded by the government instead. *speechless*

To be honest, to adopt English is highly not possible in this racial oriented society because every race want to preserve their mother language. Pro- Bahasa substantiate their argument by submitting that if they give in to English language it will threathen the position of Bahasa Melayu as Bahasa Kebangsaan. A mandarin speaking family would have defended the usage of Mandarin as well. I personally is not a man who will forgets my background and will strongly support a movement to preserve my chinese culture as they represent my identity. However a strict implementation without the hand from non-govermental organisation will seriously gonna crush other culture's as English culture transcend our daily life. If English is adopted, there's a need of great participation from NGOs to perpetuate an exposure to our society to prevent them from forgetting background/culture as these are the essential tool to mould a healthy, discipline and respectable society.

Speaking of language, I got a coursemate who hail from Johor who finds it's agitating that cantonese is dominating in Malaysia and don't see the reason why she should adhere to the KL culture if it's not because of necessity. This is the same reason for Namewee's outburst. We're not forcing you to learn cantonese so that our language can dominate yours but with good faith we wish you could learn our culture so that in return you can be a multi-linguist which is no doubt beneficial to you. I trackbacked the history of chinese language from my dad and surprisingly to many of you all too, mandarin people always feel threathen by cantonese language because academically wise, cantonese has far wider vocabulary and words up their sleeve than mandarin language but because of the imperial fettering of cantonese language during the reformation years in China where mandarin holds more position in administration, mandarin language has become the bahasa perantaraan and obliterated cantonese language from education system thereafter.

Anyway, I think even if they really decided to revert back to old system, I don't think it has that immense adverse impact as everyone frantically presupposed. Imagine you have endured last 6 years with English language and now you're entering Form 1. What language you will regurgitate when you converse? English. Despite your secondary syllabus is now back to Bahasa , I think they will nail their English paper better than previous Bahasa batch of secondary student. If your kid is starting standard 1 this year and followed current issue closely you would have encouraged your kid to pick up English language no matter what it takes. But one of the staggering issue that I don't have time to discuss here is regarding chinese school and the impact of English language on their system. I damn kao tired now la...

Before I end, I think you would surprise that me and my dad concede the best way of learning a language is through the use of bahasa rojak because only through such way you get to learn other language easily. I think it would be iniquitous if we are allowed to answer our exam paper in bahasa rojak. Lol.

Fucking emo right now

Oh my fucking God! My condition is seriously deteriorating. My hair is falling bits by bits mutilating my very beloved head by DAY. Note the emphasise, "by DAY". Now, my forehead has became HIGHER and BROADER compared to previous memorable hairful year. It's so fugly now. I feel like I'm contracted with some kind of hair loss disease where bacteria eats up my hair cell . On top of that , as a corollary to my recently developed cacophobic characteristic, I further suffer a terrible repugnance .

Fortunately my fringe is long enough to conceal the vexing part of my *cough* good looking face *cough*. Despite this,my condition is yet disturbing to my own emotional detriment(psychology effect) to the extent only Yun Nam Hair Care could solve my problem . You may call this an emo or whatever. But for me, this catasrophe is tormenting and agonying painful. It's the mother of all disaster. It's like you've been forcefully shaved(thought of writing rape but it sound very obscenic) for no apparent reason.

It's really unpalatable to see I would go bald in my early years. I'm too young to die. Opps I mean to go bald.

I need to plant some hair damn it! Or else I'll go crazy. Lunatic as people called it.

At Masjid Jamek (part 1)

Me and my friend step off from the tube at Masjid Jamek followed by a sheer half of passengers onboard, strolling down few flight of stairs to meet our pool of Bersih clothed compatriots that was just finishing their prayers in Masjid Jamek mosque. Those who wasn't in their yellow T while onbard the tube without hesistant, jumped into the honourable royal Bersih suit as they exit the LRT station and joined the pool of compatriot who was seen very eager to start the historical march.

The crowd at Masjid Jamek begin building its mass as the clocks ticks closer to 2.15 despite the presence of blue uniform police officers armed with MP5 stationed at Masjid Jamek vicinity. Besides that, the obvious presence of trucks belongs to Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) caught most of the participants overawe and amazed at how gigantic this machine were and how inferior we the participants were.

I have to squeeze through the pool of crowd in order to get to the other side of the road so I can acquire more breathing space. Along the "excuse me,let me through" in the crowd, I came very close to a police officer wielding a MP5 who was at that time busy chit chatting with his collegue, in my heart I pray to God please make sure the machinegun don't misfire as the gun was left dangling and was POINTING at me. Within the crowd a guy who just finished covering up his face terrorist style with the yellow Bersih shirt caught my attention and instantly I knew drama is about to start any minute now.

Among the crowd were many bystander who pretend as bystander but deceived by the videocam held on their hands. I presume they are the participants who doesn't wish to expressly praticipate but wanted to be part of the historical event hence the videocam to capture their memorable moment. Though they didn't clad in predominant colour, they still receive my veneration for not being a coward aka countrymen objector and stood for what is right for the country and future generation to come. (I'm still dissapointed with my friend for failing to bring the videocam despite numerous reminder from me)(Soon I'll have a post specifically to bash those who bash me for attending Nov 10th rally)

While checking out the crowd(no bootylicious girls spotted) and taking picture with huge FRU truck,an abrupt roar came from a group of yellow and maroon coloured participants outside Masjid Jamek shouting in Arabian. We're completely muzzied by the crowd as we're oblivious to what's happening within the crowd. The shout of I've-no-idea-what's-going-on soon pervade the crowd. A Muslim veteran stood beside me joined the crowd and shouted a clear pronunciation of " Allah akhbar" into my ears. I was numbed. Since when does this rally turn into a religious one? Then I try to recall the meaning of such infectionest word in my thoughts and within second it triggered me, it means Allah the great! My innocence time spending listening to waktu solat MTV in front the tv and reading the subtitle pays off as it help me overcoming my predicament. As I understood the meaning shouted by my Muslim cousin, subsequently I no longer have the misconception that this would be a religious rally. Allah akhbar is a phrase used by our Muslim cousin where they preach for the God for holy aura to boost their courage in fending off fiend,in literature meaning XD

Moving on, the crowd gets hyped up within second. It's like a scene of New Year eve where the crowd shout the count down consistently but in this picture, everyone shout " Allah Akhbar".

Alamak...mengantuk dah.sambung lain kali ya.

We rather die before the days comeby

Ironic isn't the suitable word to describe this catastrophe.

Fucked seems to be the right word.

How fucked up can it be when your lecturer appears to recommend a reference book for you to take advantage at, plagiarise the author's information subsequently reharshing them into your answer , when the examiners who appears to marks your final examination paper happens to be the author of the recommended reference book. It's uber fucked up, alright.

It's pathetically shit suck! if I'm the examiners having to mark/assess my own set of answer.

Man, it sucks!!!!!!!!! Argh........ Mau mati dah.
